Shipping Policy

1. How Rememberly ships

Rememberly sources quality gifts from makers and suppliers across Australia and around the world. This worldwide sourcing is what makes our products unique — but it also means delivery takes longer than a typical local store. That is exactly why we plan your gifts roughly six weeks before each occasion: the notice period absorbs international shipping time, so your gift still arrives before the date.

2. Delivery timeframes

• Items shipped from within Australia: typically 3–8 business days after dispatch.
• Items shipped from overseas: typically 2–5 weeks after dispatch, depending on the supplier and destination.

These timeframes are estimates only. Customs processing, public holidays and courier delays can occasionally extend delivery. We recommend confirming gifts as early as possible after receiving your reminder email.

3. Shipping areas

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only. International delivery may be added in future.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. Some items include free shipping; this is indicated on the product page or at checkout.

5. Tracking

Every confirmed gift is assigned a tracking number and delivery status, visible on your Deliveries page. Tracking information is provided by the supplier or carrier and may take a few days to activate after dispatch.

6. Lost or undelivered items

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or an item has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@rememberly.app and we will investigate with the carrier. If an item is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.

7. Delivery addresses

Please make sure the delivery address for each recipient is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, though we will always help you resolve them where we can.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
